Goals:
- Develop an end-to-end email marketing strategy focused on key lifecycle stages: Voice of Customer, Win-Back, Abandon Cart, and Cross-Sell.
- Facilitate digital rebrand of all assets and create 100+ email templates in Braze.
Results:
- Designed and launched cross-sell campaigns targeted to credit card customers, resulting in $89M in issued loans.
- Redesigned refinance campaigns, resulting in $43.9M in refinanced loans.
- Designed new touchpoints for abandoned cart campaigns, resulting in a 12% conversion rate for credit card and 9% for personal loans.
EMAIL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
Leveraged Figma to design modular email templates and Braze to build automated, behavior based email journeys.
One of the most successful initiatives was a multi-touch lifecycle campaign that guided customers through the loan application funnel. Based on where users dropped off, such as viewing the loan contract without submitting it, customers were enrolled in a tailored journey and received up to five follow-up emails, spaced 3-7 days apart, encouraging them to return and complete their application. Each message was contextually relevant to their last completed step, improving engagement and completion rates.
This approach increased return-to-application engagement and contributed to a 10% increase in application completion rates.
DIGITAL REBRAND
Led the redesign of 100+ email templates as part of a broader digital rebrand, operationalizing the new brand guidelines into a flexible email design system, featured above, that could scale across teams and campaigns.
Developed a scalable email design system in Figma with dynamic, reusable components, such as flexible header variations, designed for rapid customization across diverse marketing campaigns.
