I Served as the Assistant Director of Alumni Relations for 3 years at GCSU. I led all operations, administration, program, and budget activities for an alumni association with 70,000 members. At the start of the pandemic I launched #GCUnited, the university’s most successful online engagement initiative, in collaboration with the Milledgeville Chamber of Commerce.

Led a cross-functional team of 5 individuals to develop the campaign and theme for a new virtual engagement strategy during COVID-19 lockdown.

Leveraged Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to promote a sense of togetherness during a challenging time.

Worked under a tight deadline to source, script, advertise, and launch 5 livestreams within 5 days of ideation.

Led Change Management in 2021 as we implemented a new software to execute the conference virtually.
